Michel Group Services Pty Ltd staff combines to form a highly efficient,
professional organisation capable of providing a complete service
including reliable information and advice and quality surveying and
planning products. Our present staff is the result of 20 years of steady
growth.
Key personnel have carried out
numerous major and minor consultancies over many years in the Gold Coast
and northern New South Wales areas.
Geoff Thomson (Managing Director)
Geoff has over 28 years experience in the surveying industry in the
performance of countless contracts for the private sector and Government
clients. He is heavily involved in ‘Titling Design’ for new land, water
& tower projects and is also responsible for the supervision and
management of survey projects by the company. He a Licensed Consulting
Surveyor registered in Qld and NSW.
Tony Cullane (Director)
Tony is a Licensed Consulting Surveyor who has worked in the surveying
profession for over 23 years and is responsible for management of survey
projects. Tony is highly experienced in the use of survey systems and is
responsible for management of the hydrographic division and the global
positioning system (GPS). He is registered in Qld and NSW.
Phil Brooker (Director)
Phil is a Licensed Consulting Surveyor, registered in Qld and NSW with
over 40 years experience in Government (Main Roads) and private practice
surveying in Queensland and northern New South Wales. He is responsible
for the supervision of survey projects, final approval of all cadastral
survey plans, is an investigator and expert witness for the Surveyors
Board of Queensland, and a Commissioner for Declarations.
Garth Lambert (Director)
Garth has over 18 years experience in the industry. He is responsible for
management of survey projects and also the GIS systems, the computer information
systems, drafting plan preparations and is the company Quality Control
Manager within our office, and a Commissioner for Declarations.
Adrian Day (Senior Surveyor)
Adrian has over 33 years experience in the industry. He is responsible
for supervision and management of large development projects, and is
extremely conversant with, and experienced in, design and the preparation
and lodgement of development applications in Gold Coast City and Tweed
Shire, and in dealings with these authorities, both at officer and
councillor levels to achieve desired outcomes. Adrian is highly capable
in providing specialist assistance to Project Management Companies.
Computer Support
Our computing facilities are centred around a networked environment in
which all hardware and software resources are pooled. This resource pool
provides both administrative and technical ‘‘across the board’’ fast
tracking on planning and development projects.
Field Equipment
Michel Group Services Pty Ltd is equipped with the latest Trimble G.P.S.,
total station theodolites and data recorders, fully integrated with our
computer section to enable the accurate collation of field data.
